1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

⅓ cup boiling water

1 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons corn syrup

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Add boiling water. Bring mixture to boil. Add sugar and corn syrup. Boil stirring for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Serve just warm over the chocolate roll.
