⅓ cup milk

1 large egg

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon coconut extract

3 ½ cups bread flour

½ cup dry potato flakes

⅓ cup white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

⅓ teaspoon ground ginger

1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Step 1
