2 pounds skinless

boneless chicken breast

cubed

1 red bell pepper

cut into strips

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons fish sauce

3 fresh red Thai chile peppers

minced

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger

½ cup chopped Thai basil

1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
