Danish Blue Lamb Chops Recipe

8 (3 ounce) lamb chops

1 clove garlic

ground black pepper to taste

½ cup crumbled Danish blue cheese

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Rub both sides of each lamb chop with the garlic clove and season with black pepper.

Step 3
