1 (8 ounce) slice feta cheese

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes

or as needed

1 pinch dried oregano

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2

Place the feta in an ovenproof baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover liberally with pepper flakes and sprinkle with oregano.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until feta is soft about 10 minutes.
