¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons rice wine

1 tablespoon white sugar

2 teaspoons ground white pepper

¼ cup water

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Mix soy sauce oyster sauce rice wine sugar and white pepper together in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until heated through about 5 minutes.
