1 roma tomato

cut in half

½ red onion

roughly chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ jalapeno pepper

seeded and minced

1 teaspoon salt

Blend avocados tomato onion lemon juice jalapeno pepper and salt in a Vitamix® blender on variable 2 or on the low setting on any blender until guacamole is chunky.
