2 black tea bags

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cardamom pods

1 pinch ground allspice

1 pinch ground ginger

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 pinch ground cloves

1 pinch salt

½ cup almond milk

½ teaspoon erythritol
