Strawberry and Spinach Balsamic Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Penne

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup spinach

½ cup strawberries

quartered

2 basil leaves

chopped

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Tear corner of Ready Pasta pouch to vent. Heat in the microwave for one minute.

Step 2

Pour pasta onto a dish and allow to cool.

Step 3

In a bowl combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Add Ready Pasta spinach strawberries and basil and toss.

Step 5

Garnish with feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!
