2 tablespoons agave nectar

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup toasted walnuts

1 mango

chopped

1 Gala apple

chopped

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Stir yogurt coconut oil and agave nectar together in a bowl.

Step 2

Divide yogurt mixture evenly between 2 serving bowls. Layer oats walnuts mango and apple over yogurt; top with chia seeds and hemp seeds.
