Greek Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 large tomatoes

cut in wedges

1 cucumber

halved lengthwise and sliced

½ red onion

chopped

½ cup Greek black olives

¼ teaspoon chopped fresh basil

¼ teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 (16 fl oz) bottle Greek salad dressing

⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 sprig fresh basil

Gently mix tomatoes cucumber red onion olives 1/4 teaspoon chopped basil and oregano together in a large bowl; top with feta cheese. Pour Greek dressing over salad and season with black pepper. Garnish salad with a sprig of fresh basil.
