2 pounds chicken fillets

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Step 1

Season chicken with garlic powder salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet over medium to high heat. Saute chicken in the hot pan until browned about 5 to 8 minutes per side.
