1 ½ cups olive oil

½ cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

⅓ cup Parmesan cheese

1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 ½ tablespoons dried oregano

1 ½ tablespoons dried basil

1 tablespoon granulated onion

1 tablespoon minced garlic

or to taste

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Step 1

Pour olive oil 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons vinegar Parmesan cheese mustard oregano basil onion garlic salt sugar and black pepper into a large glass jar. Whisk or stir with a spoon until well combined.

Refrigerate dressing for at least 2 hours. Shake very well before serving.
