Air Fryer Roasted Okra Recipe

½ pound okra

ends trimmed and pods sliced

1 teaspoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Step 2

Combine okra olive oil salt and pepper in a bowl and stir gently. Place in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.

Step 3

Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes. Toss and cook 5 minutes more. Toss again and cook 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
