Ingredients

2 cups sliced strawberries

1 cup sour cream

1 cup half and half

¼ cup white sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

8 whole strawberries

Blend sliced strawberries sour cream half and half sugar and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth. Divide soup into 8 chilled bowls. Top each with a whole strawberry.
