Salmon and Bean Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon

drained and bones removed

1 (14.5 ounce) can great northern beans

drained and mashed

½ cup bread crumbs

or as needed

2 eggs

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

or to taste

¼ teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®)

salt and ground black pepper to taste

6 hamburger buns

1 tablespoon oil

or as needed

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

or to taste

Directions

Step 1

Mix together salmon beans eggs garlic powder garlic and herb seasoning blend salt and pepper. Form mixture into 6 patties.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until firm about 10 minutes per side.

Step 3

Serve on hamburger buns with mayonnaise.
