2 cups water

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup uncooked rolled oats

2 tablespoons raisins

1 apple - peeled

cored and cubed

In a medium saucepan combine water brown sugar cinnamon and syrup. Heat mixture to a boil.

Step 2
