Asian-Inspired Ginger Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

¾ cup plain yogurt

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup rice wine vinegar

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup minced onion

or more to taste

3 cloves garlic

minced

2 tablespoons ginger paste

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Italian Herb Infused Olive Oil

Directions

Step 1

Put yogurt lemon juice rice wine vinegar ketchup soy sauce onion garlic ginger paste sugar and black pepper in a blender; blend on High until smooth.

Step 2

Pour dressing into a sealable container seal and refrigerate at least 30 minute before serving.
